Stay strong for the life you love.
Coach Erika Lilley trains active adults, people coming back from injury or surgery, young athletes and lifters. One hour at a time, in a gym that feels like family.
Start with what you want your body to do.
Keep playing, hiking and traveling, without your body in the way.
Strength, balance and mobility for active adults, most of them 50 to 70.
Susan, 60: tennis six days a week, still injury-free. Stay strong → After injury or surgeryGet back to normal life when physical therapy ends.
Hip and knee replacements, meniscus repairs, torn Achilles tendons.
Rob, 54: back from a torn Achilles, in his best shape since college. Plan your comeback → Young athletesFaster, stronger and harder to injure, in sync with the season.
Overhead and rotational sports, middle school to college.
Coach for SBCC Baseball since 2017. For athletes and parents → LiftersAlready strong? Keep making real gains.
Powerlift Club, heavy programming and a coach who pushes.
Owen, 23: trains 12 hours a week. "Body by Erika." Lift heavier →Sixteen exercises. Three sets. One coach who knows your knee.
Every class is one hour, and every one is different. The music is matched to the pace of the work. Erika walks the floor the whole time, remembers each person's injuries and goals, and changes your exercises on the spot.
When someone finishes a hard set, the room high-fives.
The little things people stay for.
