Meet Erika

How she coaches

Proven, personal, and full of energy.

Erika builds core strength, single-leg stability and explosive movement, the things that prevent injuries and make sport and everyday life easier. Every program is personal, and it changes as you do.

"Generic programs don't work," she says, "and going it alone can lead to injury, burnout, or lack of progress. Even coaches need coaches."

Sport runs through her family too. Erika and her husband, Jeff, have a daughter, Samantha, a budding swimmer and dancer.

28 full Ironman finishes, and counting.

Each one is a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike ride and a 26.2-mile run: 140.6 miles in a day. As her client Mark Stori puts it, she leads by example.
