What we work on

Strong where it counts after 50.

Strength

Real weights, coached properly, so everyday life and your sport feel easier. Many of our members had never lifted before.

Balance and single-leg stability

Erika's specialty. Steadier on trails, courts and stairs, and quicker to recover after hard days.

Mobility

Stretch, pliability and rope flow, so you keep the range of motion your sport needs.

Staying injury-free

Erika remembers your old shoulder and your new knee, and changes the exercise before it becomes a problem.

How it starts

Your first month, step by step.

  1. A free class

Tell Erika your sport, your goals and anything that hurts. She picks the right class for your first visit.

  2. Your own program

Erika builds your plan around your body. In class, she adjusts each exercise for you as she walks the floor.

  3. Pick your rhythm

Memberships run from 4 to 10 classes every two weeks, or unlimited. Start small and add classes as you get stronger.

  4. Check your progress

An InBody scan with a private review shows what's changing, in muscle, not just pounds.

Classes that fit

Questions people ask

Before your first class

I've never lifted weights. Is that OK?

Yes. Art had never been to a gym before he started at 68. Erika teaches every movement and scales it to you.

Will I be the oldest one there?

Members range from college graduates to people in their 70s, and Erika's clients go up to 91.

What if something hurts?

Tell Erika. She remembers each person's issues and swaps the exercise on the spot. If you're coming back from surgery, see After injury or surgery.

What should I bring?

Water and a towel. There are showers and bidets, so you can head straight to work.

Your first class is free.
