It's a gym. It feels like family.
Members call it the LFG family. Here's what that means on an ordinary Tuesday morning.
What happens in a class
Walk in to music
The playlist is matched to the pace of the class. When the work speeds up, so does the music.
Sixteen exercises, three sets
It keeps you busy. No two classes are the same.
Coached the whole time
Erika walks the floor, remembers your injuries and goals, and adjusts your exercise on the spot.
High-five, then a smoothie
Finish a hard set and someone will high-five you. After class, Erika makes protein smoothies for anyone who wants one.
Finished like a good hotel.
Train at 6 AM and walk into your 9 o'clock meeting fresh.

Your birthday goes on the board.
Each month Erika writes every member's birthday on the whiteboard. It's a small thing, in a gym where members stay for years: 4, 5, even 15.
"Erika has mastered how to make many of us laugh and sweat simultaneously!"
From college grads to members in their 70s.
"It's a haven of encouragement, support, and dedication."
"The community here is incredible. I've built amazing supportive friendships with people who push me every day."
"Through both of my pregnancies and postpartum recoveries, she kept me strong, healthy, and grounded."
