What parents ask before they sign up
Is strength training safe for my child?
Yes, when it's coached. Erika is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a specialty in injury prevention for young overhead athletes. Every lift is taught and scaled to the athlete.
What age do you start?
Erika coaches clients from age 12.
How many sessions a week?
It depends on the season and the sport. The Teen All-Star membership includes 12 classes a month.
Will this clash with team practice?
Training follows your athlete's season, so the work gets lighter when games start. Tell Erika the team schedule at the first visit.
